Kristine founded KPA in 2016. She has over 25 years of experience managing both corporate and trade association PACs.
Prior to starting KPA, she was the PAC and Grassroots Leader at Genworth Financial, where she started Genworth's employee engagement programs in 2005. Prior to joining Genworth she was the PAC Manager at The Boeing Company for almost 5 years. Kristine started her career in PAC management in the association world working for the National Automobile Dealers Association in 1996 as the PAC Coordinator and later joined the National Roofing Contractors Association, to manage ROOFPAC.
Patrick joined KPA in 2024 following 30 years as an advocate for pro-market, pro-growth policies in the public and private sectors.
Patrick was previously Sr. Vice President of the Global Innovation Policy Center at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Prior to that, Patrick led the U.S. Chamber’s Americas policy team as Executive Director, and as Executive Vice President of the Association of American Chambers of Commerce in Latin America. He served in the George W. Bush Administration as Deputy Assistant U.S. Trade Representative, where he worked to support and implement the President’s trade policy agenda. With a background in Economics, Patrick has led successful industry coalitions across a wide range of U.S. and international policy issues and specializes in translating research and data into messages that resonate with policymakers.
